  • Account information: When you sign in via Google or email, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture provided by the auth provider.
  • Usage data: Including access times, device info, IP address, page views, and interactions with features.
  • Content: Materials you upload, prompts you enter, generated media, and project canvas data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected info to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including authentication, content generation, payment processing, and analyzing Service quality via Google Analytics.

3. Third-Party Service Providers (Important)

To provide high-performance and secure services, we partner with the following (but not limited to) third-party providers. You understand and agree that these providers handle your data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (including Replicate): Our primary provider for network acceleration, CDN, DDoS protection, server hosting, and AI model inference (via the Replicate product).
  • Supabase Inc: Our primary database and Authentication infrastructure provider.
  • Google: As an authentication provider and for user behavior/quality analytics via Google Analytics.
  • Stripe, Inc.: For processing global payments and billing.

4. Disclaimers & Third-Party Liability

While we choose reputable providers, Vibart is not legally responsible for the actions, outages, data breaches, or policy changes of these third-party providers. You use these integrated services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by third-party service providers.

5. Data Retention & Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as third-party vulnerabilities.

6. Your Rights

You may update your profile or stop using the Service. To delete your account or inquire about privacy, please contact us.
